Who We Are
JAG Building Group, Inc. is a North American leader in retail construction and renovation, specializing in both fast-casual restaurants and fashion retail stores. We have offices in Florida and Toronto and since 1995 we have completed thousands of projects for major international clients. We typically average between 20-30 projects under construction simultaneously.
We utilize a team approach by combining a Project Manager and Site Supervisors who work together on a client basis. The experience of this team, who can manage your projects anywhere in North America, is not only more efficient, but the knowledge allows us to exceed our client’s expectations. Our goal is to become an extension of your team.
This methodology has led to multiple construction, renovation and tenant fit-out projects for national brands such as Michael Kors, American Eagle, Aeropostale, Nautica, Land’s End, Kay Jewelers, Five Guys, Blaze Pizza and others.
In the spirit of giving back to the local communities where we work, we use local sub-contractors who are well-versed in working with local municipalities and have an interest for the project to succeed in their local community.

Restaurants & Retail
We specialize in both fast-casual restaurants and fashion retail stores.
Restaurant builds are fast-paced, complex and offer challenging schedules. We have an experienced management team that speaks your language from estimating to close-out which sets us apart from much of our competition. All our construction managers gained years of experience from working in the field in various trade capacities. Our client specific team of Project Manager and Site Supervisor will manage your projects from start to completion, while using local sub-contractors who are well-versed in working with the local municipalities, thus saving our clients expenses while providing experienced and skilled supervisors who understand your scope of work from project to project.
Renovations & Roll-Outs
We use the same team approach for these high-volume fast-paced remodels that occur while the client is still in operation. Our crew is capable of rolling out dozens of locations simultaneously while being sure that that the décor packages are completed on a timely basis.
